Technical Secretary

Job Description:

  • Provide a wide range of secretarial and administrative support to the Technical Department
  • Handling of invoices
  • Prepare inspection reports
  • Maintain the filing system
  • Monitor email system and dispatch mails to vessels


  • Minimum N level or Degree/Diploma in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ of relevant working experience
  • Experience in a reputable shipping / ship management company will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in computer software applications and good Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English language with all levels of staff and work independently in a fast-paced environment under tight timelines
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player and outcome-driven
